Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (I use my hands).
Spray Pam on a baking dish, meatloaf pan, or muffin tins.
If using a baking dish or meatloaf pan, shape loaf into pan or dish. If using muffin tin, divide mixture into 12 portions, make into balls, and place each ball into muffin tin. You can also create 12 patties and place patties in baking dish.
Bake at 400 for:

Check meatloaf before removing from the oven by inserting a food thermometer into the middle of the loaf. When the temperature reaches approximately 154 degrees, the meatloaf is done!
