Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, 1/2 cupAll Whites, 3/4 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Great Value Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 3/4cup Honey, 1/2 tbspApple Butter, 1 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Max Protein Powder, 1/2 scoop
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour onto hot griddle until bubbly, then flip. Cook until golden brown. Makes 12 medium sized pancakes.
