3 medium-sized apples, chopped2 navel oranges, sectioned1 stalk celery, minced1/4 cup raisins1 cup toasted cashew pieces1 cup yogurt1/2 tsp. lemon rind2 Tbsp. lemon juice1 ripe avocado1 or 2 Tbsp. honey
Combine apples, oranges, celery, and raisins. Plop yogurt, lemon rind, lemon juice, avocado, and honey into blender and blend well. Pour over apple mixture and mix well. Top with toasted cashews.
