Tangy Mustad Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup veggie broth4 tsp cornstarch1/2 onion, chopped fine1 Tbsp minced garlicCracked pepper (lots of it)dried Italian seasoningPaprikacapers chopped1 tsp Soy sauce2 Tbsp rice vinegar2 Tbsp Spicy brown mustard1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Directions
Dissolve cornstarch into vegetable broth. Spray an 8 inch saute pan with olive oil. On medium high heat, saute onions, garlic, capers, and spices for approx 5 min. There should be a some bits stuck to the bottom. Deglaze with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and lemon juice, and turn heat down to medium low. Add the two mustards, and combine well. Add broth and cornstarch, and stir well. Raise the heat slightly, and continue to stir periodically as sauce thickens. When sauce is smooth and thick, turn heat off and let it cool slightly.
