Ingredients
1 large Tomato1 tsp Garlic1 tbsp Black PepperDash Salt(optional)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
Directions
Slice tomatoes into thin slices
Sprinkle with a mixture of pepper,garlic and salt.

Place into dehydrator for 2 to 3 hours.
Or place into oven on 150 for 1 to 2 hours

(optional) sprinkle with a little mozzrella cheese.

    Mine didn't chip so much either - in the oven at 150 for almost 3 hours-- but I served them on Kashi's TLC bruschetta crackers & they tasted divine. - 6/11/09

    OK I MADE THIS LAST NIGHT IN MY DEHYDRATOR. I LEFT THEM ON FOR 5 HOURS . I THINK IT NEEDED MORE THAN 5 HOURS . THEY WERE NOT VERY CRUNCHY. - 10/22/08

    Okay...I tired this. First my oven doesn't go lower than 170. I sliced the tomatoes as thin as I could and after 2 hours they were still wet. Where did I goof? Help! - 8/14/07
