Ingredients
About 8 dried Black Mission FigsAbout 5 dried Calimyrna Figs1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda1 tsp. ginger1/3 cup water1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions
Remove stems from figs and coarsely chop. Put all ingredients into a medium sized saucepan and stir to mix. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes or until thickened. Cool and refrigerate unused jam in airtight container for up to 6 weeks.

Makes about 15 servings (1.5 to 2 tablespoons)
