2/3 cup Ricotta Cheese fat free12oz can diet cream soda1 envelope Knox Gelatin1 tsp Vanilla extract1/3 Cup nonfat dry milk4 envelopes splenda1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
1. Put pineapple in cake pan
2. put 3/4 Cup cream soda in blender add gelatin to soften.
3. Heat rest of soda to boiling and slowly add to blender. Add vanilla, sweetener, milk and ricotta. Pour over fruit.
4. Chill in refrigerator about 2 hrs.
