2 egg yolks1 tbl lemon juice1 tbl white wine vinegar3/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp sugar1 tsp dijon mustard1 cup peanut oil1/2 cup olive oilfor use with an immersion/stick blender
Place all ingredients in a container. Let settle.
Pulse your stick blender (1 sec on, 1 sec off) until it begins to thicken. Once it is halfway, move stick blender up and down to bring the rest of the oil into the eggs.
Enjoy!
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
