Katy's Spring Salad with Strawberries & Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1 bag of spring salad mix3 cups of sliced fresh strawberries1 cup of pine nuts1 tsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Butter Spread
Directions
Clean the bag of spring salad mix; place in serving bowl. Add three cups of sliced fresh strawberries; set salad mix aside.

In a small bowl add the butter spread and pine nuts. Bake in the oven until lightly toasted, about 12 minutes. Toss toasted pine nuts in the salad mix. Serve.
