Fish Tacos (salmon)

Ingredients
Mix lemon juice, 2 tbsp. of taco seasoning and 1 tbsp of oil in small bowl. Chop salmon in large chunks and add to sauce. Coat thoroughly. Heat a non-stick skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add all fish and sauce to pan. Cook until browned. Mix sour cream w/ chopped cilantro and remaining taco seasoning. Serve fish w/ large leaf lettuce instead of tortillas. Roll fish in lettuce leaves and top with shredded cabbage, squeeze of lime, sour cream sauce and salsa.
