1 cup nonfat milk8 oz V8 V.Fusion Light1 Yo Plus Yogurt6 lg Strawberries1 md Banana.25 cup Oats2 tbsp Flax Seed1 serving Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream
Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until thoroughly mixed. You can substitute other fruits, and use any flavor of light fruit juice and yogurt you like. You can make it thinner by adding more liquid, and thicker by using less.
