Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup onion, chopped1 Tbsp Butter1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese1 Egg2 Tbsp Floursalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in a skillet, add the onions and let brown.
In a bowl add the cottage cheese, egg, flour and salt and pepper.
After onions are browned add them to the mixture.
Make approx 4 pancakes in hot skillet and let brown on one side. Flip over and let brown on the other side.
Serve.
Makes approx. 4 pancakes.
