Eggless Carrot Cake Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups flour1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar4 egg substitutes1 cup oil1/4 water2 tea. pumpkin pie spice2 tea. baking soda1 tab vanilla3 cups grated carrots1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
I made these in mini tins to give myself a treat without guilt.
I cream the eggs, oil, sugar,water and spices together then add the rest. Stir well till mixed. Spray muffin or bread pans, Bake till toothpick comes out cleanthen fill 3/4 full.

These are 2 points if you are doing Weight Watchers.
