1 1/4 cups of Self Rising Flour1/2 teaspoon dried Chipotle or Louisiana Spice Seasoning Dash Of Salt1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder1/2 teaspoon OreganoCouple turns of Cracked Pepper1 teaspoon Dried Parsley1/4 to 1/3 cup finely chopped onion (per taste)1/4 to 1/3 cup shredded cheese or Parmesan (per taste)1/4 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup milk or water3/4 cup Zucchini, diced sliced or shredded2 Eggs2 egg whites
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all dry ingredients & cheese in a bowl
3. Add all remaining ingredients except Zucchini and mix well
4. Stir in Zucchini
5. Spoon into greased cooking wear, height will double with a peak, when baked
