Turkey Stew

Ingredients
2 lg turkey wingsenough water to cover turkey3 sprigs of fresh rosemary2 tbsp dried oregano1 tsp sea saltblack pepper to taste1 lg turnip (cubed)5 med carrots (sliced)1 c raisins
Directions
Place turkey wings in pan and cover with water. Add rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a rapid boil. Boil for 10 minutes. Add turnip, carrots and raisins. Simmer on medium-high heat for 2.5 to 3 hours.
