Ingredients
20 large cooked shrimp peeled, deveined, cooled2 good sized italian plum tomatoes, diced into bite sizes pieces1 T Hidden Valley Ranch Light1 T Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing (regular)Black pepper
Directions
Halve the cooked shrimp. Mix with all other ingredients and chill. Douse with lots of good cracked pepper and enjoy! Can be shared in two smaller portions with something else, or as a main course lunch salad as is above.
