Sauteed Veggies and Pasta

1/2 c. (dry) pasta of choice1 small cucumber (or about 1/2 of a regular cucumber) chopped or sliced, with skinabout 4 grape tomatoes cut into fourths1 1/2 oz. baby carrots slicedabout a 4" strip of celery, cut1 Tbsp. Olive Oil (for sauteing)Garlic, dried onion (or fresh if preferred), dill, basil, ground mustard, salt, and pepper to desired taste.2-3 tsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions, until Al Dente; drain. Heat oil to medium heat in small fry pan; add vegetables and spices, sauteing until tender. Add to pasta, and top with Parmesan cheese. enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
