Ingredients
Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 1 large Carrots, 4 carrot Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Potato, with skin, 1 large Green Lentils , 2 cup Water, 8 cup
Directions
Saute onions and garlic. Chop all ingredients except lentils and add. Add lentils and water. Boil for 10 minutes and then simmer for 1 hour.
