oatmeal creme brulee

Ingredients
2 cups oatmeal3 1/3 cups non fat milk2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg beaters1/3 cup splenda1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix ingredients well. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla in the mixture. Put in ovenware and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

If you would like you can add brown sugar on the top and broil that for an additional 5-10 minutes.
(I don't do this, I just add fresh fruit and it's great!)
