Grandma's Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 or 4 ripe bananas1/2 c shortening1 c. sugar2 eggs or 1/2 cup EggBeaters1 c white flour1 c wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
**Preheat oven to 350 degrees**
1. Cream sugar and shortening.
2. Add well beaten eggs, then flour, soda, and salt which have been sifted together.
3. Add well-mashed bananas.
4. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
