My beef stew (mexican style)

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) fresh cilantro, 2 oz Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick)
Directions
In a saucepan, pot or pressure cooker pou water about 5 cups, add the meat,carrots potatoes, sweet corn (cut each corn in 2 pieces) and salt.

In the blender add the tomatoe,cilantro,garlic clove and 1 cup of water. pour on pan. and cook for 60 minutes on medium heat or until meat and corn are . for pressurepot it will be about 40-45 minutes.
