2-3 Cups of Uncooked Penne2 Chicken Breasts (I like Perdu's Single Servings)1 Can of Stewed tomatoes (with garlic if you'd like)Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. Cook Chicken as desired. To keep dish low-fat grill the chicken. Cut Chicken into slices or cubes.
2. Boil Pasta - drain - and keep in pot.
3. Add Can of Stewed tomatoes to pot and mix through. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add Chicken to pot and also mix through.
5. Enjoy your simple, yummy, low fat dinner!! Add Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese to taste!
