Spicy Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
700 grams chicken thighs, ground1 egg.5 c flour.25 c parsley1 tsp cumin, ground1 hot pepper, minced4 shallots, minced1 T black pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
Mixed all ingredients except for flour together. Add flour gradually to bind and make drier.

Form mixture into 6 patties, using more flour on your hands if necessary, and either grill on a barbeque or in a grill pan.
