Whole Wheat Blackberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1.2C Whole Wheat Flour3TB Maple sugar flakes2tsp baking powder1.5tsp kosher salt.5C Fage 0% greek yougurt.75C nonfat milk.5C egg beaters1tsp vanilla1tsp lemon zest3C fresh blackberry
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, then in a seperate bowl mix wet ingredients. Blackberries are added once pancakes are in the pan. Mix dry and wet ingredients together (you may need a little more milk the batter tends to thicken as it sits). Drop batter by .25cup I use a ice cream scoop for this. Once batter is in the pan add .25cups of blackberries onto each pancake.
Makes 12 pancakes, 6 servings
