radish lentil salad

Ingredients
1.25 cup uncooked lentils6 or 7 radishes sliced1/3 cup onion2 tsp lemon juice2 cloves garlic2 tbsp red wine vinegar1/2 tbsp cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook lentils as directed on package. slice radishes, dice onion, minced garlic. combine with cooked lentils. top with lemon juice, red wine vinegar and cumin. Mix to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
