Citrus Vinaigrette

1/2c Light Olive Oil1/3c Rice Wine Vinegar1/3c Lemon, Lime, Orange, or Grapefruit Juice1 tsp Dijon Mustard1/2c Splenda or Sugar
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes or until it becomes creamy in texture.

Makes a little over 1 cup
