Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 Egg Whites3/4 t dried basil2 T minced garlic1/2 t salt1/2 t dried rosemary1/2 t crushed red pepper1 medium apple, peeled, cored & finely shredded1/2 c shopped onions1/2 c fine dry seasoned bread crumbs1 pound ground turkey breast (lean)2/3 c spaghetti sauce2 T grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. In large bowl, stir together egg whites, garlic, basil, salt, rosemary and red pepper. Then stir in shredded apple, onions and bread crumbs. Add turkey and mix until well combined.
Spray a 8" x 4" x 2" loaf pan with no-stick spray. Pat turkey mixture into pan. Bake for 15 min
Spread spaghetti sauce over top of turkey. Bake about 25 minutes more or until the turkey is no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
