Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat2 cans corn2 cans ranch style beans3 cans diced tomatos1 can rotel 1 pkg taco seasoning1 pkg ranch seasoning( dressing)1 bag of frito's1 bag shredded mexican cheese
Directions
cook hamburger meat as normal

add all ingreadients together except frito's and cheese

and simmer until warm

pour over a bowl of frito's
then top with cheese

    sounds good, BUT....looks like the NI might be off, in the ingredents window it shows only 16 oz of meat, 1 oz of fritos and 1/4 cup of cheese but the recipe calls for 1 & 1/2 lbs of meat, 1 bag of fritos and 1 bag of cheese....so best to check the NI for yourself with correct amounts of ingredents. - 6/9/09
