Raw Foods Apple Onion Bread

Ingredients
1 C. Flax ground0.25 C Onion1 Apple, cored and shredded1 T Tomato PasteAgave to tasteSalt to taste0.25 C Water
Directions
Grind the flax very well. I prefer a courser grind. Add the other ingredients. Add just enough water to mix.

Wet down your hands and form the mix to a flat bread. Make sure it is even.

Turn bread after dehydrating 10 hours. Dehydrate til done.

    This is very similar to a bread I made using 2 Fuji apples and no onion or tomato . I added cinnimon to make it sweeter for someone that likes bakery type foods. I am going to try this one for sandwhiches. I like this better than nut breads I have tried because it is softer and less calories. - 9/4/09
