Black Bean Burrito Bake

1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream15-ounce black beans, rinsed, drained1 cup frozen whole-kernel corn, thawed4 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas1 cup bottled salsa1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded monterey jack cheese
Chop chile. Mix with sour cream and let stand 10 minutes.
Divide beans in half and mash one half. Mix whole beans, mashed beans, and corn with sour cream and chiles.
Spoon 1/2 cup mixture down center of each tortilla, place seam side down in 11x7 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with pincante sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
