Carrot applesauce wheat bread

Ingredients
*Egg white, 4 serving Granulated Sugar, .75 cup *Sucralose (like Splenda), 20 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, Carrots, raw, 4 cup, grated *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup Baking Soda, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .5 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, .08 tspOPTIONAL: 1/4 c Oats and 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (add at end)
Directions
Combine eggs, sugar, Splenda, applesauce, and vanilla in bowl. Add carrots - mix well. Mix together dry ingredients, sift while adding a little at a time while mixing with hand mixer.

Pour into two large loaf pans or four medium size (Pampered Chef -four stone), bake at 325 for an hour or until knife goes clean through.

Serve warm or refrigerate for a cold snack.
