High Protein Crustless Quiche

1 1/2 cups of shredded low fat cheese (I use Colby)6 oz. of a fresh vegetable (I use broccoli)6 whole large eggs 1/3 c. skim milk3 oz. of meat (I use cubed ham)
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray and pour 1/2 C. of cheese on the bottom of the plate and spread out.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray and cook your veggies on medium heat for @ 4 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Whisk together in a large bowl eggs and milk. Add in the 1 cup of cheese, veggie and meat. Pour into pie pan and bake for 25-30 mins or until set. Cool completley and cut into 6 equal slices. Enjoy!
