Crock Pot Brunswick Stew (using leftovers)

Ingredients
1/2 # extra lean ground beef, browned/drained1 onion, chopped2 can creamed corn2 cups chopped BBQ meat (from leftovers)10 oz can white chicken meat, drained1 large can stewed tomatoes, undrained1/2 cup ketchup1 can Rotel tomatoes, with chilies, undrained
Directions
Place all ingredients in crock pot, blending well. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with salad and cornbread. Makes at leat 8 servings at 1.5 cups each. Enjoy!
