Noodleless Lasagna

4 medium size zucchini, cut into slicesOne small onion, cut into rings3 cloves of garlic1 lb. ground turkey2 cups grated part skim mozzarellaone jar of spaghetti sauce, your preference
Preheat oven to 350
Saute onions for ten minutes, or until soft.
While onions are sauteing, put half of the zucchini in the bottom of a large glass baking dish (the rectangle shaped kind)
Add the chopped garlic to the onions, and cook onions and garlic for another two minutes. Transfer onions and garlic to the baking dish, on top of the zucchini.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top of the onions.
Brown the ground turkey, and when the turkey is done, transfer to the baking dish.
Spread the spaghetti sauce evenly over the turkey.
Top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
