Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients
Directions
* 1 cup Basmati Rice (can use any rice)* 2 cups water* 2 oz. lime juice* 1 tbsp Country Crock Light (if you use any other butter/margarine/substitute, this will change info)* 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (if using dried, cut it in half)
Boil water, Country Crock and Lime Juice.
Add rice
As rice is close to done, add in fresh cilantro (or dried).
DONE!
* Remember the 2:1 rule with rice; If you want to cut this in half using 1 c. water, you only need 1/5 (.5) cup rice.
Makes ~ 6 - .5 cup servings the way I prepped, but depends sometimes on style of rice.
