1lbs of chicken cut up in chunks4tbsp of kikkomans teriyake sauce over chicken2 cups of brown rice1/2 cup of mixed vegetables2 egss srambled(no milk)1/4 cup chopped onions1/4 cup of bean sprouts
Directions
chunk up chicken pour teriyaki sause over for flavor
cook brown rice as instructed
saute onions and eggs
cook mixed vegis and mix all together, bean sprouts
