Matzo Ball Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspEgg, fresh, 2 large slightly beatenManischewitz Matzo Meal, 0.5 cup Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Cooking Stock, 4 cup
Directions
Make Matzo Balls first. Blend oil, eggs and Matzo Meal. Add 2 Tablespoons of the broth or water until mixture is uniform. Cover and place in the refridgerator for 15 minutes.

Bring 1 1/2 quarts of water to a brisk boil then reduce heat.

Drop balls about 1 inch in diameter formed from the refridgerated mixture.

Cover and boil 30-40 minutes.

Remove Matzo Balls and add to remaining stock and heat up.
