    doubled the recipe. Used egg substitute and 1 cup 2% milk, one cup water. Used a little white flour, too. Everyone loved it! It made a ton of pancakes! Thanks! - 12/30/10

    substitute 1/2 cup of whole wheat for unbleached white (self rising)
    add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
    add 1 tsp of vanilla
    add 1 more edd
