Apple Cinnamon Buckwheat Cereal (Raw and gluten-free)

Ingredients
2 cups raw buckwheat groats, soaked 4 to 6 hours(change water a couple of times while soaking)1 cup dates or raisins, soaked for 1 hour in 1 cup of water1 apple, diced1 tsp cinnamonpinch of any of the following:nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, celtic sea salt
Directions
1. Mix apples and drained buckwheat groats
2. Place raisins/dates plus soak water in blender with spices and blend well.
3. Pour mixture in bowl with diced apple and buckwheat and mix well
4. Pour onto teflex-lined dehydrator tray and dehydrate for 8 hours at 105 degrees F, stirring the granola a few times.

Serve with raw nut milk, and optional sliced banana or other fresh or dried fruit. Also tastes great by itself as a quick snack!
