Pepper Steak & Brown Rice

Ingredients
8 oz of beef cubed steak1 cup of cut bell peppers1/2 cup cut onions1/2 can of basil oregano tomatoes2 cups brown rice (boil in the bag)garlic powder1 T soy sauce
Directions
Add all ingredients to frying pan except rice. Cook over low heat until meat is done completely. Serve over rice. Calories include rice.
