Lamb Kibbeh Burger

Ingredients
1 lb ground lamb1/4 cup dry bulgur, soaked in even amount of water and then drained3 tbsp dried parsley (or fresh equivalent)2 tbsp chopped garlic2 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp coriander1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint (or equivalent dried)
Directions
Soak bulgur in water (cover the grain) and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Drain and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Cook up on grill or nonstick pan. Makes 6 burgers.
