Crockpot BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
3lb. pork baby back ribs (1 side)1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes1 14.5 oz can tomato sauce1/3 c. brown sugar (I used 2 tbs. of Splenda brown sugar)2 tbs. red wine vinegar1 tbs. worcestershire sauce1 tbs. soy sauce (low-sodium)1 tbs. chili powder2 tsp. ground cumin1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Place spare ribs in the bottom of a slow cooker.

Whisk together remaining ingredients.

Pour over spare ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Yields approximately 6-4oz. servings.
