Extra firm tofu, ketchup, cider vinegar, hot sauce, brown sugar, stone ground mustard, LOVE
Makes 3-4 servings
Freeze block of extra firm tofu overnight. Then defrost and squeeze out all water. This gives the tofu an amazing texture.
Mix all ingredients into a marinade. Cut tofu into cubes and brush with bbq sauce. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Cover baking sheet with foil and set tofu on it. Bake 35 minutes, flipping halfway though.
