Asian Beef Stirfry

Ingredients
.5 lbs Lean Ground Beef1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil2 Garlic Cloves -minced3 Green Onions -minced1 Cup Broccoli Slaw1 Cup Napa Cabbage1/2 Cup Uncle Ben's Brown Rice1 Tbsp Kikoman Lite Soy SauceCrushed Red Pepper - as needed
Directions
*Makes 4 servings*

*Cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain. Set aside.

*Prepare brown rice according to package directions. Set aside

*Heat Sesame Oil in skillet on medium high heat.

*Add Garlic & Green Onion - stirfry for 2 minutes

*Add Broccoli Slaw & Napa Cabbage - stirfry for 2 minutes

*Add Brown Rice & Soy Sauce - stirfry for 2 minutes

*Return Ground Beef to skillet and mix well to heath through

*Season with Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to taste.

Serve & Enjoy.
