Broccoli Raisin Salad

Ingredients
2 heads of fresh broccoli (not sure how many cups this comes out to)1/2 cup white or golden raisins1/2 cup sunflower seeds1/2 cup sweet red onion, chopped fine1/2 cup BacOs or real bacon, crumbled1 cup plain yogurtdash of salt1 tsp sugar (optional)
Directions
Clean broccoli and destem. Discard stems or save for cooking. Place broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, onion and BacOs in large mixing bowl.

In a smaller bowl stir yogurt, salt and sugar until smooth. Pour over broccoli mix and toss until well coated. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
