Ingredients
16 oz. fat free sour cream1 oz. packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix1 red bell pepper top and seeds removed (you can also cut another bell pepper into strips to serve with the dip)8 oz. baked blue corn tortilla chips
Directions
Mix together sour cream and ranch dressing mix. Spoon mixture into the bell pepper. Place the bell pepper on a white serving platter. Arrange blue chips around red pepper.
