L.R. banana orange raspberry muffins with flax and oat bran

1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup oat bran1/2 cup ground flaxseed2/3 cup brown sugar4 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. nutmeg3 eggs, lightly beaten1-1/2 cups mashed bananas1-1/2 cups buttermilk3/8 cup (1/4 +1/8) orange juice concentrate2 T. oil1 tsp. banana flavoring1 tsp. orange flavoring2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 24 muffin tins with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Stir the wet into the dry just until combined. Stir in raspberries. Divide batter among the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 24 muffins.
