Frito Casserole

Ingredients
4 small Chicken Breasts-Diced1 bag of Fritos-Scoops or Regular1 Can Refried Beans-low fat or fat free1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 cup Diced tomatoes2 cup Cheese1.5 cup Milk2 tsp Garlic SaltPepper2 tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add oil to frying pan and brown the chicken with 1 tsp garlic salt till juices run clear. In a mixing bowl add refried beans, cream soup, tomatoes,1/2 cup cheese, 1 tsp. garlic salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the mixing bowl and combine. In the bottom of a large baking pan layer half the bag of Fritos. Cover the layer of fritos with half of the remaining cheese and half of the mix. Continue to layer ingredients till pan is filled then put in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.
