chick pea salad

Ingredients
1 head shredded cabbage2 cups diced red tomato1 cup finely diced onion1 can drained garbanzo beans2 oz lemon juice1 Tbs salt1/3 cup vegetable or corn oil
Directions
makes aprox. 12 servings portion size vary depending on how long the salad sits.

combine all ingredients in a large bowl. cover and refridgerate at least 3 hours before serving.

* The vegetables will wilt and add to the dressing as the salad sits. even better the next day
