Indian Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1 lb Chopped Chicken Breast2 Tbsp Vegitable Oil1/2 Cup Chopped Onion1/2 Cup Chopped Celery1 Tbsp Flour1 Cup Chicken Broth1 Cup Tomatoe Juice2 Tbsp Curry PowderSalt & Pepper4 Cups Cooked Rice
Directions
-Cut Chicken into bite-size pieces and boil. Start cooking rice as called for.
-In a medium pan, heat 2 Tbsp vegitable oi.
-Brown Onion and Celery in pan.
-Add 1 Tbsp flour and brown.
-Then add chicken broth and remove all clumps from bottom of the pan. (Stir constantly)
-Add tomatoe juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
-Let thicken
-Add chicken, let cook for a couple of minutes.

-Place curry on or beside rice and serve.
